Shad Royston will leave the Bulls at the end of the season.
The club have confirmed their Aussie utility back turned down the offer of an improved contract and will instead join French side Pia.
Royston arrived at Bradford on a one-year deal last winter and enjoyed a solid debut season in Super League.
A prolific scorer for former club Halifax, Royston has also topped the Bulls' try chart this year, touching down 11 times in 18 appearances.
But the 28-year-old has struggled to hold down a first-team place since the return from injury of first-choice full back Brett Kearney and will ply his trade in the French Championship in 2012.
