It’s as you were at the GROUP A summit after the top three all won in their pursuit of the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League title.

Cambing remain top after a seven-wicket win over Heaton A. Waheed Khan took 4-18 as Heaton were all out for 104, before Shakeel Arshad’s 65 not out saw Cambing home.

Second-placed Allerton were put in to bat by Heaton B and it looked a bad decision as they raced to 95-1 (Chris Brown 42), before Mansoor Hussain (6-50) had them all out for 143.

Heaton powered to 43 off five overs in reply but some tight bowling enabled Allerton to hit back and bowl them out for 117 (Zubair Patel 4-50).

Bradford Gymkhana (240) had a 20-run win over fourth-placed Girlington (220) in a high-scoring match.

Mohammed Bilal (43) and Younis Bismillah (41) led the Gymkhana scoring, before Zahir Hussain’s 40 was not enough when Girlington responded.

Hallfield defeated BPR by 27 runs to drop Heaton A into the bottom two. Chandan Sharma made 53 in Hallfield’s 193-8, then Sohail Aktar Butt’s 4-29 helped dismiss BPR for 166.

Bottom club Yorkshire LPS also gained a welcome victory as Mukesh Patel starred with bat and ball against Omars.

Patel took 5-39 as Ishmile Khan (83) led Omars to 207-9, before adding an unbeaten 82 alongside Dilesh Patel (46) as LPS won by three wickets.

Great Horton Church remain second after a nine-wicket win over Mandhata, who could only make 67 against Rahat Shah (4-7).

Odsal Phoenix are up to fourth as they dismissed Muff Field for only 48, Adam Hussain and Joe Deakin taking four wickets each, and reached the target for the loss of three wickets.
