Kasper Schmeichel insists Leeds United will show no fear in tonight's televised FA Cup third-round replay against Arsenal at Elland Road.

Schmeichel's added-time save from Brazilian Denilson at the Emirates rescued Leeds from defeat after Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas had smashed home a late equaliser from the penalty spot.

Now Schmeichel believes Leeds are equipped to finish the job, and says: "If you play with fear you will lose more than you win, so I don't think there is any reason to fear Arsenal.

"It is just a matter of going out there, enjoying it and expressing ourselves. With the players we've got we have a chance.

"The difference between good players and great players is that they play without fear."

The son of former Manchester United and Denmark keeper Peter Schmeichel showed glimpses of his famous father#s technique at the Emirates, and he said: "Only time will tell how busy I will be this time.

"They are obviously a good team and I had a lot to do down there but we are playing with confidence at the moment and I think we can do well again.

"It will be a fantastic atmosphere at Elland Road and it will certainly give us a boost but Arsenal have played in front of those sort of crowds before, so it probably won't intimidate them as much as some other teams coming here."

Schmeichel knew Arsenal would put Leeds under intense pressure at the Emirates, and said: "That's what Premier League sides do - they test you and that's why they are where they are.

"I am just happy that they didn't manage to score a winner, and now we will have to see what we can do against them here."

The suspicion is that Leeds' best chance of putting Arsenal out of the cup might have gone, but Schmeichel retorted: "Why? This is football and there is no such thing as a certainty. It's 11 versus 11 and anything can happen."

Leeds manager Simon Grayson still rates his side as underdogs and says they will go into tonight's game with a carefree attitude, looking to enjoy the occasion and give good account of themselves.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has said he will rest some of his top players again but Grayson warns: "Whatever team he puts out will include some great players. We will rise to the occasion and see where it gets us.

"This is a competition they want to win. After the first game, they were delighted to be still in the cup after being a goal down with a minute to go, even though a replay wasn#t ideal for them with their heavy programme.

"Arsene told me he was very impressed with how we played down there - how we passed the ball around and played at a high tempo. Hopefully he might be saying the same things after they've played us again."

Arsenal's Theo Walcott admitted to diving in an unsuccessful attempt to win a penalty at the Emirates - an offence which went unpunished.

Grayson said: "Walcott was honest enough to apologise on television and admit what he did, but I don't agree with players diving.

"Full credit to him for saying what he did but my view on people caught diving is that they should be banned from the next game. That would suddenly stop players trying to influence big decisions.

"If Theo is playing, our fans will make their feelings known to him."

Leeds' top scorer Luciano Becchio is still struggling with a back injury which forced him to be substituted at half time in the 4-0 win over Scunthorpe on Saturday.

Billy Paynter, Ross McCormack and Davide Somma are rivals to deputise if Becchio misses out.

Ben Parker is set to return at left back, with George McCartney ineligible.
