England’s women have been crowned RBS Six Nations Grand Slam champions after a tense and hard-fought 11-10 win over France in Rennes.
However, England A, who included Bradford’s Georgina Roberts (Darlington Mowden Park) at centre and were under the guidance of Otley coach Mike Barnett, lost their first game of the season 20-0 to France A at the same venue.
