Rob Taylor's superb goal condemned City to defeat at Port Vale tonight - their first loss at Vale Park since 1989.
Robbie Threlfall's second thumping free-kick fired the Bantams in front after 12 minutes. But they were always under the cosh against fired-up opponents.
Marc Richards, Vale's leading scorer, missed two good chances before the break. But he made no mistake six minutes into the second half, tapping home Taylor's cross.
And the outstanding Taylor capped the fightback with 12 minutes left, slamming a 25-yarder past Matt Glennon.

As previously predicted: a positive result. Shame about the side eh.... Heard that it was an utterly dreadful performance. Back to the old routine - different manager? I don't believe that, but we've got to look longer term... Did anyone see Kiki Dee at half time?
