Brighouse Town have been handed a bye in the first round of their debut appearance in a national competition.
Town joined the non-league pyramid system last season but were excluded from the FA Cup and FA Vase.
This term they are eligible for the Vase but, unlike Eccleshill United and Thackley, have been given a passage into the second round qualifying stage.
Brighouse even have a home draw in that second round qualifier as they host Glasshoughton Welfare or Tadcaster Albion on Saturday, September 19.
The first qualifying round features both Eccleshill and Thackley and is held on September 5.
First round qualifying (selected ties): Eccleshill United v Norton & Stockton Ancients, Stokesley v Thackley. Second round qualifying: Brighouse Town v Glasshoughton Welfare or Tadcaster Albion, Eccleshill United or Norton & Stockton Ancients v West Allotment Celtic, Liversedge v Chester-le-Street Town, Seaham Red Star v Stokesley or Thackley.
