City have set a two-week deadline for potential sponsors of the Midland Road stand.
The club have received one firm offer for £18,000 but believe they can top that between now and the July 14 cut-off point.
Head of operations David Baldwin said: “There is a bid on the table for an up-front payment but, in this market place, we feel it should be something over £30,000.
“As we have pointed out, it’s a hell of an advertising window along one of the busiest routes in and out of the city. You’ve got 88,000 cars going past on Canal Road every day.”
It has most recently been known as the Yorkshire First Stand as part of the club’s link-up with Leeds Carnegie.
Baldwin has stressed that interested companies can set their own length of contract. All advertisers will be responsible for supplying their own art work.
He can be contacted at the club on 01274-773355 or by e-mail at davidbaldwin@the-bantams.co.uk.

Apparently Huddersfield Town are the biggest bidders.
