Farsley Celtic go into tomorrow night’s game against high-flying AFC Telford United at Throstle Nest still looking to secure their Conference North status after two home defeats to relegation-threatened clubs.
Celts boss Neil Parsley said: “When we lost to Redditch United at the weekend I looked at our midfield four of Rory Prendergast, Craig Bentham, Dominic Krief and Lee Tuck and I saw four players who played a lot of Conference football last season but we didn’t create much.
“I think we have got the talent to comfortably stay in this division but the players have to show it week in, week out.”
Ryan Serrant (groin) and Gareth Grant (hamstring) are the only injury doubts for the Celts.
The focus in the Kool Sport NCEL Premier Division tomorrow night is also on the drop zone as bottom club Eccleshill United take on Brodsworth Welfare, who are two places above them.
With one point separating the bottom three, Liver-sedge could do United a favour as they host second-from-bottom Lincoln Moorlands.
In the lower tier, Brighouse Town are back in action after a blank weekend when they host sixth-placed Barton Town Old Boys.
