Lightcliffe’s Evan Edwards has been invited to the Men’s Gold Level nets at the Pathways to Cricket Excellence Winter Coaching Scheme.
Two of last year’s intake were offered Academy Scholarship contracts with Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
Meanwhile, Gomersal’s Andrew Gorrod and Batley’s Roheil Hussain are on the Silver Level One – the intermediate tier – at Headingley.
Idle’s Mustahsan Ali Shah, Barney Gibson (Pudsey Congs), Ramandeep King (Saltaire), Jordan Thompson (Guiseley), Jack Harrison (Olicanian) and Josh Inglis (Pool) are among the Silver Level Two intake.
Meanwhile, back at Headingley, Shivanie Patel (Bradford Ladies), Kirstin Smith (Queensbury), Naomi Pratt (Menston) and Caitlin Williams (Pool) have been selected for the Women’s Gold Level course.
Pool have two representatives – Emma Fletcher and Ellie Taylor – on the Women’s Silver Level course on Sunday mornings at Heckmondwike Grammar School, which is also attended by Mirfield’s Emma Bolt and Lucy Simpson, plus Anna Ross (Burley-in-Wharfedale) and Laura Scarlett (Ilkley).
