Keighley’s Mary Fuller will make her England under-18 debut in the prestigious European Youth Championships in Perni, Italy from July 11-20.
The 15-year-old Oakbank Table Tennis Club member earned her place three weeks ago when she finished third in the English National Masters Tournament.
In 2007, Fuller played for the under-15 team in the European Youth Championships and for her to make the side two years in succession shows her dedication, determination and fighting spirit.
The right-hander, who uses top-spin on both her forehand and backhand side, has received improved sponsorship from Tees Sport, the Butterfly equipment deal saving her parents a small fortune.
