Bradford Hockey Club's under-14 team who went to Harrogate in the Yorkshire Hockey League included several under-12 players who had moved up an age group, and they acquitted themselves well.

After getting a walkover against Kirklees, Bradford went down 1-0 to Wakefield, Kirsty Goodbold being exceptional in defence and Daniel Stubley and Callum Hodson linking well going forward.

India Shaw starred with her blistering pace in the 1-0 defeat against Thirsk.
