SEAN Scannell withdrew early from training today after picking up a knock – but it is understood the injury is not serious.
Pictures on social media have shown the winger on a stretcher at the training ground.
However, it is believed that was only a precaution and the new signing remains in contention for City's opening game at Shrewsbury on Saturday.
