SALEM’S unbeaten run in the Mutual Sunday School League Group A came to an end when they suffered a 16-run defeat against Bradford Moor.

The leaders were bowled for 147 when they replied to Moor's total; of 163 which included 55 from Mohammed Tayab.

Hallfield kept the pressure on Salem after they beat Girlington by 53 runs. They scored 262 thanks to Syed Zeeshan Kazmi (104) and Shujjah Khan (53no) as Farhad Raja took 5-29.

Nine-man Girlington were all out for 209. Zahoor Ahmed scored 96 while Kazmi took 3-10.

Interlink are in third after beating Yorkshire LPS by eight wickets. Mohammed Pandor took 5-28 as LPS were bowled out for 99.

Interlink were steered to victory by Mohammed Memi (51no).

Bradford Gymkhana beat Cambing by six wickets after chasing down their opponents' score of 235-4.

Rizwan Mushtaq (59) and Shehzad Khalid (66no) led the successful run chase.

Great Horton Church beat Omar’s by 14 runs. Church were all out for 179 with Shmile Khan taking 4-63 and Hamaad Shahid (4-22). Omar’s were dismissed for165 as Mohammed Azam took 4-26.

Yorkshire Friends were struggling at 70-7 against Apperley Bridge before Shazad Akhtar (61) and Rab Nawaz (39) shared an eighth-wicket partnership of 69 which enabled their side to make 183.

Bridge were all out for 158.

Bradford Gymkhana beat Bradford Moor by three wickets in Group B. Anjum Shezad (56) and Abid Ali (38) helped Moor to 201 despite Muhammad Zubair taking 4-54 for Gymkhana.

Muhammad Salim (74) and Muhammad Saeed (41) helped Gymkhana to a two-wicket win with six balls to spare. Muhammad Maan (4-48) and Abid Ali (4-32) took the wickets for Moor.

Denholme Clough went top after beating Hallfield by four wickets. Hallfield were bowled out for 131with Amir Sultan scoring 62.

Muhammad Amir (4-26) and Muhammad Asif (4-29) took the wickets for Denholme.

Greenfield are still third after beating Allerton by 65 runs. Greenfield scored 214-9 with Iftikhar Ahmed (55) and Adeel Ahmed (42) leading the way.

Salem Athletics beat TABS by 81 runs. Salem were all out for 188, as Shahzad Ashraf took 4-35.

TABS were all out for 107 with Mohammed Saleem scoring 42, Adnan Shezaad (4-19) and Shahid Iqbal (4-13) took the wickets for Salem.

Girlington Girlington scored 349-6 off 40 overs with Qayum Nasir scoring (179) and Sanaullah Nusrat (85) as they shared a second- wicket stand of 261.

Bowling Baptist held on for a losing draw on 192-7 with Azir Gulzar (46) and Nithin Uniyai (50) scoring the runs.

Great Horton Church beat Cambing by three wickets despite Majid Ali scoring 127 in the losers' total of 196. Wajid Bostan took 4-39 for Great Horton Church who were 145-7 after Sajad Ahmed retired hurt at 54, before a great partnership of 52 between under-16 players Awais Ahmed and Bostan saw their side home with four balls to spare. Ali completed a fine all round performance for Cambing by taking 4-55.

Greenfield remain at the top of Group C after an easy win at Great Horton Meths. Their opponents batted first and declared at 27-2 after 4.2 overs. In reply Greenfield scored 29-2 off 2.1 overs.

West Bowling moved into second place after beating Bradford Indians by five wickets. Bradford Indians were bowled out for 84 with Anjum Munir taking 5-33 and Hassan Ali (3-37).

Bowling scored 86-5 off 26 overs, after struggling at 22-5 before Dominic Carter (40no) and Hassan Ali scored an unbeaten partnership of 64 for the sixth wicket to give Bowling the victory.

Gaz Bashir shone for Bowling Baptist in their win over LPS. He made 101 and shared a second-wicket stand of 119 with Asad Hussain in a total of 262-7.

Bashir followed up with 4-34 as LPS were all out for 115.
