WHEN you have only won three out of 13 matches and are sitting next to bottom in Kingstone Press National Conference League Division Two, then victories are at a premium.

It is little surprise therefore that new West Bowling coach Ryan Hunkin is describing tomorrow's home match against Leigh East (12.30pm) – the only team who are below them in the table – as must win.

On a note of optimism, Hunkin said: "We have added Dan Gregory and Adam Reardon to the squad and are working hard in training."

Meanwhile, Drighlington will be hoping to make it a hat-trick of wins when they travel to Wigan St Judes.

Drig won convincingly last time out against Cumbrian side Askam, and want to put some daylight between themselves and the relegation zone.

In Division One, Bradford Dudley Hill are propping up the rest and not only need victories but clear heads in the second half of the season as they have been in disciplinary trouble too often this campaign.

Hill could welcome back Anthony Lawton, Will Woodhead and Ben Kelly for the trip to mid-table Skirlaugh but, as ever, they will need to keep an eye on home talisman Reece Dean.

In the Yorkshire Men’s League, Queensbury will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent record tonight when they welcome Keighley Albion, who are rock bottom of Division One.

Bury are in action again next Wednesday when they host York Acorn.

Odsal Sedbergh are the only Bradford side in action in Division Two when they travel to South Leeds, looking to build on last week’s win.

Another game tonight is in Division Three, where Birstall Victoria travel to Kippax Welfare, while tomorrow unbeaten leaders Brighouse Rangers make the trip to York Lokomotive.

Wyke will be aiming to extend their own unbeaten record in Division Four when they take on Worth Village, while Wyke Academy are in action in Division Five against Heworth A, along with Birkenshaw Bluedogs, who travel to Farnley Falcons.

On Sunday in the Women’s Super League, Bradford Bulls are at St Helens, while in the Wheelchair Rugby League Championship, Keighley Cougars face a long journey north of the border to take on Dundee.
