OMARS are top of Group A in the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League after beating Bradford Gymkhana by four wickets.

After deciding to bowl first, Omars dismissed Gymkhana for 134 in 37 overs, with Rizwan Mushtaq scoring 44, and Omars replied with 138-6 in 34.2 overs.

Salem Athletic have moved into second after a winning draw against Interlink.

Athletic opted to bat and scored 209-9 off their 40 overs, with Mohammed Waqas scoring 40 and Mohammed Memi taking 4-56.

In reply, Interlink scored 163-8, with Ismail Adam scoring 55 and Ibrar Hussain taking three wickets.

Apperley Bridge registered their first win of the season, and it was comprehensive.

Bridge rattled up 273-9, with Majid Jangheer making 64 off 61 balls, Tufail Ahmed 49 off 27 and Mohammed Junaid 41off 71, with Asad Khan taking three wickets for Cambing.

The latter were then dismissed for 85 in 18.1 overs, with Tariq Rashid taking 5-40 to top the bowling charts with 12 victims in two games.

Hallfield beat Yorkshire LPS by six wickets, who, after being put in, were all out for 108 in 21.4 overs of which Mukesh Patel scored 42, with Sajid Mehmood taking 6-16 in 6.4 overs.

Hallfield then scored 110, with Mehmood scoring 32 to complete an all-round performance.

Girlington beat newcomers Yorkshire Friends by 98 runs after making 209-9, with Manzar scoring 96 as Sheraz Ahmed took 5-53 for Friends, who were then all out for 111.

Great Horton Church gained a winning draw against Bradford Moor, who made 140-8 in reply to 155.

There was a thrilling game in Group B, with Bradford Moor B beating Denholme Clough by two runs.

Moor opted to bat and scored 165 all out in 35.5 overs, with Raja Mansoor Tahir scoring 42 and Mohammed Asif taking 4-33,

Clough were then all out for 163 in 43.4 overs, despite Ishfaq Ali's unbeaten 50 as Ahsan Ali Shah took 5-32, supported by Mohammed Shoaib Baig, who took three wickets.

Cambing had a high-scoring game against TABS, with the former making 269-8, Majid Ali being unbeaten on 116 and sharing a sixth-wicket partnership of 138 with Yasir Ali (47).

Tahir Qazi and Umair Ali Khan took three wickets each for TABS, who were all out for 208 in 35.3 overs, with Mohammed Rizwan scoring 46, supported by Mohammed Salim (45) and Tahir Qazi 39 as Junaid Khan and Ali each took 3-50 for Cambing.

Girlington beat Salem Athletic B by six wickets, with the latter all out for 176 in 30.5 overs (Shah Faisal 52, Tahir Rashid 47, Ahmed Azad 4-36).

Girlington scored 177-4 in 32 overs, buoyed by Rashid Mehmood's unbeaten 65.

Greenfield beat Bowling Baptists by 17 runs after making 145 (Zeeshan Tariq 4-28), with Adeel Ahmed taking 5-12 in Baptists' 128.

Hallfield gained a rain-affected draw against Allerton after hitting 189-8 off their 40 overs, with Shahbaz Ishaq scoring 87 and Iqbal Hussain taking 4-28.

Allerton were scored 126-6 from their 36 overs, Sohail Shah scoring 41 and Sohail Butt bagging 4-20.

Bradford Gymkhana beat Great Horton Church by 21 runs after making 163 (Khalid Mahmood 54).

Bowling Baptists B took their time in notching a ten-wicket win over Central YMCA, making 42-0 off 20 overs.

YMCA had earlier been toppled for 41 in 22 overs (Asad Hussain 6-12).

Much closer was the clash between Greenfield B and Bradford Indians, who were all out for 177 off 34.2 overs (Mohammad Noman Ul Haq 53, Shafqat Zaheer 3-34).

Greenfield replied with 183-9 off 34.4overs, with Murtaza Ali unbeaten on 55, and Ul Haq taking 5-26.

Dominic Carter played a captain's knock of 61 not out to guide West Bowling to a six-wicket win over Yorkshire LPS, who totalled 146 (Viral Patel 78no, Aaqib Hussain 7-29).

Hussain also did well with the bat, making 31.

Allerton B thrashed Great Horton Meths, who were dismissed for 29 (Haseeb 4-12) in reply to Allerton's 240-8 (Wajid 67, Mattiullah 45, Aryaan 43).
