WIBSEY have denied Campion a hat-trick of wins in the Bradford & District FA Saturday Challenge Cup by defeating them 2-1 in the final at Thackley last night.

Matthias Britton gave Campion a deserved first-half advantage before goals from Michael Nicholson and Lee Smith midway through the second half gave Wibsey victory.

Wibsey's James Crossland was named man of the match.

Meanwhile, in the West Riding County Amateur League, Littletown have climbed to fourth in the Premier Division with a 5-1 home victory over next-to-bottom Wakefield City.

Joe Jagger scored four of the goals, with Matt Bugg completing Littletown's tally as Jermaine Moyce got the consolation.

In Division One, runaway champions Ovenden West Riding completed their programme with a 4-1 home victory over runners-up Salts Reserves.

Meanwhile, Steeton Reserves finished third after a 5-3 triumph at sixth-placed West Horton.

Will Knight, Joe Flaherty, Casey Dowthwaite, Nick McNally and Greig Hudson netted for Steeton, with Ben McCardle (2) and Hassan Khan replying.
