Captain Josh Tonks makes a welcome return to the Keighley Cougars' 19 man squad this weekend for their Third Round Ladbrokes Challenge Cup tie against North Wales Crusaders.

Tonks missed last week's victory over Workington through suspension, and was a doubt for Sunday's clash after being laid low by food poisoning earlier in the week. However, he has declared himself fit and ready for action.

Ex-Bradford Bulls hooker Joe Lumb impressed in Wednesday's Reserves defeat to Wigan, and his reward is a place in this week's cup squad. Lewis Fairhurst is the man to miss out on the trip to Wrexham.

Also dropping out of the side is Josh Lynam, as he begins the first of a two match suspension for Grade C punching, an incident which occurred in the pre-season defeat at the Bulls.

Cougars will also be missing Davey Dixon and Trae O'Sullivan, the former has Commonwealth Games commitments, while the latter is unavailable due to concussion.

Cougars squad: Ritchie Hawkyard, Andy Gabriel, Hamish Barnes, Adam Ryder, Matty Beharrell, Scott Law, Nathan Conroy, Brendon Rawlins, Mike Emmett, Joe Lumb, Ryan Wright, Harvey Hallas, Josh Tonks, Matthew Bailey, Liam Senior, Benn Hardcastle, Samir Tahraoui,  Harry Aaronson, Brad Nicholson.
