The winners of this clash will go on to play Thornbury Celtic in round three.
There is also some league action and in the Premier Division Sandy Lane entertain Lyceum with Thornton United visiting Swaine Green. The remaining fixture is Thornbury Celtic against Bolton Woods.
Division One leaders Station Hotel visit Heaton Athletic and second positioned Crossflatts Village are at home to Harrogate Road.
In Division One, FC Queensbury fresh from their County Trophy victory are at home again against Dog and Gun at Foxhill Park.
