Ben Burkill scored 21 for the Spenser Wilson Halifax League
CHRISTIAN Silkstone was a star turn with bat and ball as the Spenser Wilson Halifax League won the YCB West Yorkshire Area Knockout final against the Bradford & District Evening League at Pudsey Congs.
Silkstone took 3-28 as the Evening League were dismissed for 139 and then scored 63 not out as his team triumphed by seven wickets.
Others to shine for the champions were Greg Keywood (4-20), Jack Gledhill (2-13) and Cullingworth batsman Ben Burkill (21).
