GARY Ellis has made it a hat-trick of Pudsey Classic victories.

The Whitefield bowler was in scintillating form throughout, defeating Lee Heaton (Preston) 21-6 in the final to add to his 2005 and 2010 triumphs.

Ellis beat Dave Cooper (Netherton) 21-17, Wayne Moseley (Croslands Moor) 21-9 and James Wilcox (Crossgates) 21-14 on his way to the final, which he dominated from the start.
