AFTER all but two of last weekend’s fixtures in the West Riding County Amateur League were postponed due to waterlogged grounds, the weather forecast for tomorrow is more favourable.

Most of the league's club will be eager to get straight back into match action.

Steeton, who were one of only two sides to beat last season’s Taylors Timber Premier Division champions Huddersfield YMCA, welcome the same side to their Summerhill Lane ground tomorrow (2.30pm kick-off).

YMCA have struggled a little this season after having a few key players move up to play for teams higher up the FA non-league system, and have lost five of their 18 games.

Littletown, whose fixture at Golcar was a victim of the weather last Saturday, will entertain the same opponents at Beck Lane.

Salts, who beat Honley 9-2 at home earlier in the season, travel to their opponents for the reverse fixture.

Meanwhile, Campion will host Lower Hopton at the Sportsbulk.co.uk Stadium.

Route One Rovers, who are in third place in Division One, will have leaders Britannia Sports as their opponents at their Esholt ground. With only five points separating the two sides, it is sure to be a hard-fought affair.
