MATTHIAS Britton scored twice as Liversedge Reserves inflicted a first defeat of the season on their Ossett Town counterparts with a 5-3 victory in the Lancashire League.
Sedge found themselves 4-0 up at half-time but Ossett replied by scoring three times before Rob Thomas netted in the 90th minute to settle matters.
Thomas ran the full length of the pitch to score into an empty goal with the Ossett goalkeeper caught at the other end of the pitch following a corner.
The other Liversedge scorers were Jahsiah Donaldson and Kenny Tafireyi.
