FOSTER'S Halifax League club Low Moor are holding their fifth annual village cricket challenge fun day on Sunday (noon) to help strengthen their community links.
Organiser Martin Jenkins, who is also first-team captain, said: “What started out as a fun game against our local sponsor has become a much bigger event.
"We have local businesses playing against local pubs and juniors playing against parents, with the overall aim being the development of links with the community."
Local business teams of eight will play an informal tournament, and entertainment will also include bouncy castles, face painting and party games.
Further information is available from Martin on 07971-969704 or martinjenkins11@gmail.com.
