RUSHWORTH Philip On Tuesday, May 5, peacefully in his sleep, at Wellington House Nursing Home, Philip aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband to Patricia, dad to Jacqueline, Adrian, David, Suzanne and the late Paul, grandad, great-grandad and a dear brother. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Philip will be held at Nab Wood Crematorium on Wednesday, May 20, at 11.30a.m. Family flowers only please, if desired donations in memory of Philip may be made to Martin House Hospice, a collection box will be available at the service.
