AS Scotland prepare for their second World Cup warm-up match, against Bangladesh tomorrow in Barbados, middle order batsman Neil McCallum is still pinching himself.
He has already had the experience of a lifetime - by facing only an over or so from master off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan in Monday's warm-up defeat against Sri Lanka.
McCallum was one of a clutch of Scots to make the teens, in a disappointing batting performance from Craig Wright's side.
"I enjoyed the challenge of facing Muralitharan - it's not every day you face an off-spinner like that. It was incredible," he said.
"I only had five or six balls from him. But to be able to say you've faced one of the best spinners in the world is phenomenal. It was a fantastic experience, which the guys all enjoyed."
