US aerospace group McDonnell Douglas has agreed to sell its
information business based in Hemel Hempstead, Herts, to a group of
investors for an undisclosed sum.
McDonnell Douglas Information Systems International, which employs
around 1800 people, with approximately 1300 in the UK, provides computer
systems mainly to European companies and public authorities.
