Brighouse Town 1 Harrogate Railway Athletic 4

TWO late goals put a huge slant on the scoreline of this closely-fought Evo-Stik Div One North derby.

Railway were looking for a win to maintain their run that is keeping them in with an outside chance of reaching the play-off s.

It was Town who took the lead though, Tom Matthews with a curling shot from the edge of the area on the stroke of half-.

Former Bradford City youth team player Adam Baker hit Railway’s leveller just after the hour mark. He picked the ball up on the left before dispatching a neat finish.

Matt Heath headed them into the lead 13 minutes later from a corner and then the late drama unfolded. Former Brighouse man Nathan Cartman netted a penalty with just over two minutes left and substitute Jesus Martin-Farina scored with virtually the last kick of the game three minutes into time added on.
