THACKLEY Reds Under-16s made it a nap hand of successes in the Craven, Aire & Wharfe League.

They won 5-0 at Menston Rovers in Division C, with goals from man of the match Oliver Sharpe, Ryan Holstead, Callum Churm, Charlie Morrell and Daniel Grimshaw.

Bolton Woods Sabres hit the bar in the opening minute of their Under-13 Division B clash at Skipton but it took them 15 minutes to break the deadlock, Mackenzie Lister skilfully chipping the keeper from 20 yards.

Alex Gibson added two before half-time – after a cool finish following a mazy run, and a penalty – but Skipton hit back after the break.

However, Gibson was then fouled for Lewis Melvin to score from the spot, and the latter added another in a 5-1 victory, although the best move of the match, involving Jacob Dunn and Kaylum Johnson, finished with the ball hitting the side-netting.

Jamie Taylor scored seven as Wibsey made it three wins from three in Under-11s Division Six of the Huddersfield RCD League, thrashing Cumberworth B 16-1, other goals coming from Aaron Gurney (4), Jay Cunningham (3), Aaron Murti and Luke Baxter.

Wibsey Lions stayed top of Under-13 Division Three with a 5-3 win over visitors Brighouse, who scored first.

Jacob McLoughlin (2) and Bailey Evans put Wibsey 3-1 ahead by half-time and, although Brighouse netted two in the second half,

Warris Khokar and Adam Wood took Wibsey to victory.

Wibsey Lions lost 2-1 to bottom-of-the-table Battyeford to slip to third in Under-17 Division Three, missing easy chances throughout and only scoring near the end via Callum Hanson.

Bradford Warriors remain top of Under-12 Division 4B after a 4-0 victory over Howden Clough.

Some good passing football resulted in Adam Worby opening the scoring, and Roberto McFarlane then notched a hat-trick, Alex Taylor-McKeown being man of the match.

In Division Two, Bradford Park Avenue goalkeeper Thomas Taylor was in superb form, but couldn't prevent a 1-0 defeat at Netherton, who thus leapfrogged their visitors in the table. Right back Ellis Martin also starred for Avenue.

Warriors under-nines lost 1-0 to Overthorpe but the under-eights Blues returned to winning ways, Harry Varley (2), Harry Grievson (2) and Alfie Smith netting in a 5-2 victory over Dalton Dynamoes, Daniel Grigorjanc being man of the match.

David Grigorjanc was honoured for the under-eight Whites, who lost 4-3 to Dalton Dynamoes B, Beandon Goldsborough (2) and Harry Horan scoring for the Warriors.

Dudley Hill Rangers under-11s made it six wins out of six in the Bradford & District Keybury League with an 11-1 victory over Leeds Maccabi, Karlson Ogie bagging another hat-trick and Anton Tavernier his weekly double to add to strikes by Karl Kwedi (2), Spencer Dunk, Rhys Hadley, Jake Softley and Niall Griffiths.

Rangers' under-tens U10s triumphed 12-1 against Campion to stay unbeaten, man of the match Joel Beaumont (4) leading the way, followed by Cormac O'Brien (2), Dominic Parish (2) ,Jodi Tiffany, Callum Thornton, George Edge and Harry Kate.

However, Rangers' under-sevens lost their unbeaten tag against fellow undefeated side Calverley United A, whose neat passing spurred them to a 2-0 victory.
