ROSS Peltier turned down an offer from Hunslet to sign a new one-year deal at Cougar Park
COUGARS have been handed a double boost after prop Ross Peltier and full back Jesse Sheriffe agreed terms for next season.
The duo become the latest players to commit to the club in the wake of their relegation from the Championship.
Bradford-based prop Peltier has signed a new one-year deal despite receiving a contract offer from Hunslet Hawks, where he has spent the past two months on loan.
Sheriffe, younger brother of fellow Cougar Jode Sheriffe, has also signed up for 2015 Paul March’s side bid to make an immediate return to the second tier.
