Ingrow St John's have breathed new life into the Mewies Solicitors Craven League Division One title chase.

On a day when nine of the 30 scheduled matches in the league were either conceded or abandoned, Saints won the top-of-the-table clash against Oakworth by 117 runs.

Only Gareth Marshall (42) offered much resistance as the leaders tumbled for 102, Nadeem Zaman taking 4-16.

The gap between the two is now just one point, with Barrowford a further eight points behind in third with three matches remaining.

Fourth-placed Bingley Congs came unstuck at Haworth. The Beckfoot Lane side stuttered to 110, with Andrew Copping making 33 as Richard Ellis took 4-49 and Damian Rowell 3-32.
