Lancashire have reached tea on day one at Emirates Old Trafford on 232-6 from 64 overs.
Yorkshire have taken three wickets this afternoon, with Ryan Sidebottom replicating his early morning exploits by striking with the second ball of the session before Jack Brooks and Rich Pyrah picked up one apiece.
Sidebottom trapped Luis Reece lbw for 53, Brooks got Steven Croft the same way with one that nipped back for 38 and Pyrah had Alex Davies (35) superbly caught at cover by a diving Jack Leaning, leaving the score at 194-6 in the 50th over.
Lancashire passed 200 shortly afterwards, and Tom Smith and Stephen Parry will resume this evening on 34 not out and 16 not out respectively.
