BRADFORD Salem will travel to West Leeds tomorrow for the inaugural Craig Busby Memorial Match.
Craig coached both clubs, leading Salem toYorkshire Division One promotion, the Yorkshire Shield and a runners-up berth at Twickenham in the RFU Senior Vase.
And, with there being quite a bit of player traffic between Blue Hill Lane and Shay Lane, several will be playing 40 minutes for each club.
Salem'sfirst-team manager Neil Klenk said: "Sean Thomas, Sean Fields, Kris Falwasser and Kris Whata will be swapping sides at half-time."
John Dobson, chairman of Bradford Salem, said: "Craig passed away in March this year after a long and courageous battle against myeloma, a cancer of the white blood cells.
"Remarkably, his final act on the rugby field for Salem was at the West Leeds-Salem game the Saturday before he died when he came onto the pitch in his wheelchair to deliver the half-time team talk."
Bradford & Bingley will be handing former Keighley Cougar Adam Mitchell his debut at Sandal, although fellow league recruit Harry Hall misses out with a groin injury.
Baildon are at Gosforth (2.00) in another pre-season friendly, giving Jenny Lane coach Adam Falkner the chance to renew acquaintances with his former club.
