DESPITE another rain-affected Saturday it was a case of as you were at the top of the Dales Councils Division A.
The three leading contenders – Halifax Direct, New Wortley and Leeds Sikh – all managed to play and win.
Leaders Halifax Direct (125-7) travelled to Dewsbury and returned home with a three-wicket success over Savile Stars (120).
They now have a four-point lead over second-placed New Wortley who recorded a four-wicket success at Pudsey Congs after bowling out their opponents for 94.
Leeds Sikh warmed up for their Pool Paper Mills Cup final appearance with a three-wicket win at home to Adel who were dismissed for 106, with the wily Hari Seehra taking 7-34.
Shipley Providence pushed their near neighbours Baildon deeper into relegation trouble with a six-wicket away win after dismissing them for 103.
Cookridge reached 220-4 in their 30 overs with Dom Wyatt hitting 102, Waqas Ali (44no) and Neil Bonnington (43) piling up the runs.
Visitors Tong Park Esholt gave it a real go as they chased the stiff target.
Matthew Skelton cracked 70 off just 36 balls and David Holmes hit 51 but they just came up short at 205-6.
Only two matches managed to beat the weather in Division B with leaders Bradford Moor and second-placed Thornbury playing reduced overs games.
Bradford Moor wracked up 256-9 in 35 overs against Undercliffe who could only make 160-7 in reply with Tom Hall getting 51.
Visitors Thornbury made 150-8 at Drighlington Whitehall, who replied with 134-6 to lose by just 16 runs.
Division C leaders Crompark recorded a narrow two-wicket win over Pudsey St Lawrence to extended their lead to 21 points over Morley.
Hasan Malik (66no) and Ali Asghar (46) guided them home after Harry Allman (5-36) had kept St Lawrence in check.
