First published in Sport

James Donaldson was left beaming with pride after being crowned Super League's best golfer.

The Bulls star, who took the title from team-mate Luke Gale, produced a winning performance in the annual contest organised by Wakefield full back Richard Mathers.

Last week’s event, at Cookridge Hall Golf Club in Leeds, raised funds for two charities - the Steve Prescott Foundation and St Gemma's Hospice.

What you really mean is, that It's come to something when a Bulls player works hard on his putting and the effort finally paid off!!!!! At long last we really can take some genuine positives out of yesterday's game! Maybe we should turn odsal's pitch into a 9 hole course for Sunday, that would confuse the French and give us half a chance!!!

To be fair. Donno always puts a good shift in. Can't fault him for his efforts in defence. But he never breaks the line in attack. To be honest he ain't big enough.

I totally agree with birch lane 1964s comment but I must add to that with if we put some race horses on the field we will definitely win with foster and gayle in our team it's about time they concentrated on their jobs at the bulls instead of bragging on twitter about there wearabouts. Oh I forgot they are not bothered about us anymore cause they are both leaving.
