GIRLINGTON, runners-up in 2013, remain on course to go one better in this year's Bradford Mutual Sunday School League's Sir James Roberts Cup.
They reached the semi-finals by defeating VVS Laxman by five wickets after bowling them out for 96.
Bradford Gymkhana have again reached the last four, beating Cambing (145) by ten runs.
Gym once more owed much to Mohammed Shoaib junior, who followed up his 86 on Saturday by scoring 57 not out in their 155-8 (Mohammed Hashim Hashmi 4-34).
Omars could not make it a trio of 2013 semi-finalists from this year's third round as they fell by six wickets to Bradford Moor.
Shmile Khan scored 58 of Omars' 168 as Zafar Mahmood bagged 4-40 for Moor, who replied with 172-4 thanks to a dominant stand between Aamir Majid (75no) and Mohammed Imran (63no).
The draw for the semi-finals will be made this week.
