When Hanging Heaton opener Oliver Newton was 13 not out after 25 overs, few people would have backed him to make a century against Farsley in the JCT600 Bradford League second teams' Division One.

Quite what was in the drinks is unknown but Newton was transformed after the interval and powered to an unbeaten 109.
