Dominic Simpson dominated Ravensthorpe Bulls’ victory over Vision as they won the Spen Valley League clash 7-3 to maintain their push for a top-two Premier Division finish.

Four goals from Simpson proved decisive, with Danny Dame, Alex Shaw and Paddy Davies also on target as Lloyd Webster, Chris Benn and Martin Danco replied.

The victory lifted the Bulls above their opponents into third place, although the two sides above them in the title chase also won.

Leaders Route One Rovers saw off fifth-placed BD3 United 4-0 thanks to goals by Mohammed Ali, Sharraez Hussain, Hassan Malik and Quaiser Ghafoor.

And closest rivals TVR United were 3-1 winners against seventh-placed Girlington, with Faisal Shabbir, Usman Namez and Asif Iqbal on target.

Savile United stepped up their chase to secure second place in Division One behind champions elect Marsh with a 2-1 win against fourth-placed Norfolk. Mohammed Amin Patel and Faisal Adam outscored Saif Akbar.
