Brighouse Town Reserves dropped two vital points in their quest for the Lancashire League East title as they drew 2-2 against AFC Emley Reserves.
Ryan Farrell and Issac Baldwin scored third-placed Brighouse’s goals in the top-of-the-table clash.
Meanwhile, bottom side Eccleshill United A Reserves beat fellow strugglers Thackley Reserves 3-1, Harry McMullan netting the consolation goal.
But Eccleshill United Reserves came away with a 2-0 defeat after traveling over the Pennines to play Curzon Ashton Reserves in Lancashire League West.
Silsden Reserves lost 2-0 at home to Glossop Reserves in their North West Counties League Cup quarter-final tie.
Field had Dylan Naylor and an own goal to thank for a 2-1 Northern Under-19 Alliance League win against their Eccleshill United counterparts.
Field’s teenagers travel to AFC Emley on Thursday for a League Cup semi-final.
