Heckmondwike cycle speedway were beaten 82-66 by a strong Hull team.
Hull fielded their main talent, Andy Angel, who is the former British champion, while Heckmondwike were two senior riders down.
In the junior match, Hull failed to bring any junior riders, meaning Heckmondwike gained three league points .

Heckmondwike travel to Manchester this Sunday to face Astley and Tildsley.
