Bradford City finished victorious in the first leg of their weekend challenge when they went to third- place Stoke City and came away with three points from a 4-2 win in the FA Women's Premier League Northern Division.
After leading 3-0 at the break, it was tough going against the wind in the second half but goals from Molly Sharpe, Faye Boshell, Charlotte Stuart and Chantelle O'Hara saw them safely home with no injury problems ahead of tomorrow night's West Riding County FA Women's Cup semi-final against West Riding Women's League side Brighouse Sports at county HQ, Fleet Lane, Woodlesford (7.30).
