Good luck to them.

On a separate note, Wakefield have signed another player ...Harry Siejka... I'm amazed they have so much spare salary cap to play with. Or are they gambling on staying up and taking a points deduction next season at the expense of another team? (didn't Wigan stay up in a similar fashion a while back?)

Wakey were not spending up to cap and not many teams do as cannot afford to although clearly some clubs ( bulls ) did not live to their means.

They beefe to shed £400.000 they offloaded done players. But they have signed some new players & paid transfer fees for samut & scruton . The ground capacity was cut to 5000 as well & no money to pay ground improvements required to increase capacity either. I suspect they are spending above there means using the extra sky monies spit between other clubs and the £300.00 extra sky deal money. I suggest we watch there progress with interest they have gone under twice since they entered super league with a 4 points deduction on each occasion & no special measures either what comes around goes around is the saying goes

The font of all knowledge speaks again ,how do you know so much about other clubs spending ,the problem with super league is its prob one of the best sports in world run by the worst people .dragging teams from Wales London or gateshead who have about as many fans as piers Morgan . That's where lots of money is lost for most teams poor support from some away teams and lack of ideas from those at red square "hall"!!! Look how darts came to life when some of the players grew a pair and walked away ,bigger and better . Rant over just putting it out there .

They're bound to end up in Admin. They signed the "admin jinx" Jarrod Sammut.
