Salts Tennis Club’s courses for people with learning disabilities are running in three schools.
Thanks to a grant from the Skipton Building Society Big Fund and help from the Bradford Disability Sport & Leisure Unit, the schools taking part are Chellow Heights at Heaton (Mondays 2-3pm), University College Keighley (Wednesdays 2-3pm) and Hazelbeck School at Wagon Lane, Bingley (Fridays 2-3pm), all running for six weeks.
The club, thanks to the disability unit and West Yorkshire Sports Creating Connections Project, are also hosting a taster session course, again over six weeks, on Fridays at Beckfoot School (5-6pm).
Further information is available from club chairman and secretary Jim Dyer on 07804-896488, 01274-403766 or by e-mail to c-jdyer@blueyonder.co.uk.
