Once again this weekend, Bolton Woods will attempt to play their outstanding West Riding County Sunday Cup tie against former champions Thornhill Lees of the Spen Valley League.

The eventual winners will then play Buttershaw White Star from the Bradford Sunday Alliance League in the quarter-finals.

Weather permitting there is a full programme of Sunday Alliance League fixtures this weekend.

In the Premier Division, one important match is the relegation fixture between George Hotel and Mill Lane.

League leaders Sandy Lane visit struggling Thornton United, where the points are vital to both clubs but for different reasons.

Two vital clashes in the First Division see third-placed Napoleons Casino entertain Manningham, who are in fourth, and both clubs need the points to put pressure on the teams at the top.

Mid-table Victoria Rangers entertain White Eagles, with the winners waiting to pounce on the teams above them if they slip up in the end-of-season run-in.

Top match in Division 1A is the fixture between league leaders Bolton Woods Social and second-place Pudsey Amatuers at King George playing fields.

Similarly, in Division 1B, league leaders Alexander entertain second-placed Red Lion at Peel Park.
