Scott Thwaites, of Burley-in-Wharfedale, finished 77th in the Tour of Qatar.
The Team Netapp-Endura rider was 16min 11sec behind winner Niki Terpstra of Holland.
Thwaites was 144th of the 147 riders that finished the sixth and final stage, 2:53 behind stage winner Arnaud Demore of France.
