5:20pm Thursday 30th January 2014 in Sport
With almost half of the scheduled West Riding County Amateur League fixtures for January postponed due to waterlogged pitches, the forecast for February does not look too favourable either, with Kirklees (that covers most grounds) in both Huddersfield and Dewsbury having already postponed games for this weekend.
Keighley sides Steeton and Oxenhope Recreation will make a fourth attempt to play their round four West Riding County FA Challenge Cup tie, with the winners playing Brighouse Town Reserves in the quarter-final.
Two other sides from the Premier Division will be involved in the quarter-final stage, with Ovenden West Riding hosting Silsden Reserves at Natty Lane, while Bay Athletic entertain Bradford-based West Yorkshire Premier Division side Fields.
In the Premier Division, Campion are home to Golcar United, Salts host Lepton Highlanders, while Tyersal visit Huddersfield YMCA.
