City this afternoon completed a double signing as Phil Parkinson continued his squad revamp.
As revealed on the T&A website earlier today, Doncaster right winger Kyle Bennett has signed on loan until the end of the season.
City have also swooped for Huddersfield midfielder Chris Atkinson on a similar arrangement.
Halifax-born Atkinson fills the gap left by Jason Kennedy’s return to Rochdale, having played 28 games during the first half of the season on loan at Tranmere.
Phil Parkinson said: "We’ve got a lot of games coming up and with Jason going, I felt it was important to get another midfield player in.
"Chris has played a lot of first-team football this year. He’s a good young player with good energy and is another one who knows this division well."
