Bulls coach Francis Cummins has included a number of promising youngsters in a 20-man squad for Sunday's pre-season trip to Dewsbury Rams.

First-team regulars Danny Addy, Jamie Foster, Lee Gaskell, Adam Henry, Elliot Kear, Manase Manuokafoa and Adam Sidlow are all set to feature against Glenn Morrison’s Championship outfit.

They are joined by youngsters including Adam O'Brien, Sam Wood, Oliver Roberts, Alex Mellor, Nathan Conroy and Adam Brook, who impressed while on debut last time out.

"We have a number of good, up and coming players in the team and a game against a strong Dewsbury side will proven hugely beneficial for them," said Cummins.

"All of them have a massive opportunity. This is a real chance for them to stake a claim, bringing them into future contention.

"Having said that, around half-a-dozen of our Super League regulars will be on show again this weekend.

"For us it is all about building for the coming campaign and this is another step up the ladder in terms of our pre-season schedule.

"I expect a difficult test from Dewsbury, as Glenn has assembled an extremely good side – packed full of top Championship players along with a couple of ex-Super League players."
