Teenage weightlifting champion Rebekah Tiler
Bingley Grammar School pupil Rebekah Tiler has been named among ten contenders for the BBC young sports personality of the year award.
But the Denholme teenager, who last week won the junior and youth sections at the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships in Malaysia, faces tough competition for the prestigious prize.
Among the other nominees are Manchester United midfielder Adnan Januzaj and Solheim Cup-winning golfer Charley Hull.
