Bradford Bulls winger Jamie Foster: It's do or die at Castleford
Jamie Foster has labelled Sunday’s trip to Castleford as “cut-throat” as the Bulls bid to keep their season alive.
Nothing less than victory will do for Francis Cummins’ side in their last three games against the Tigers, London Broncos and Huddersfield Giants.
Even that may not be enough to secure a play-off spot but Foster insists the Bulls will fight to the death.
The winger said: “Mathematically it’s still possible for us to make the eight and that’s all the motivation we need.
“Franny drilled it into our heads earlier this week that we will not throw the towel in and that it’s still definitely possible to finish in the play-offs.
“We’ve just got to knock these next three games off and we believe we can do that with the way we’ve been playing.
“We know that it’s cut-throat now and if we get beat then it’s game over, simple as that.
“I don’t care if we win by a point or if we win by 50 – we’ve just got to come away with the victory.
“Castleford is really a hostile place to go but we’ve had challenges like this before and we’ve got the wins.”
Meanwhile, the Bulls’ Academy side took a huge stride towards securing a play-off spot with a thumping 46-12 win at Castleford last night.
