Buttershaw St Paul’s produced the shock of the day in the H Broadbent Trophy quarter-finals as they defeated Girlington by 89 runs.
John Anderson was the key figure in the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League competition as he scored 114 for Group D team St Paul’s.
This enabled them post an impressive 303-4, which also included 82 not out from Jack Wakeling.
Group B opponents Girlington were then dismissed for 214 (Mohammed Saghir 54) as Danny Boland picked up 4-74.
St Paul’s will now play Yorkshire LPS, who crushed Mayfield by 157 runs after dismissing them for 102 (Sarang Patel 4-27).
This was after LPS had made 259-8 thanks to steady batting from Viral Patel (45), Nitesh Patel (43) and Uday Lal (42).
Salem Athletic reached the semi-finals after a 29-run win over Bradford Gymkhana, who were all out for 184 in reply to 213-7.
Mohammed Awais top-scored for Gym with 53, before Aftab Yassir and Waqar Mahmood picked up four wickets apiece in the reply to deny Zafraan (61).
Great Horton Church complete the last-four line-up after edging a two-wicket win against Cambing, who had made just 100 (Umear Aslam 4-48). Adeil Mir took 4-27 for Cambing.
* Salem Athletic (186 – Mohammad Waqas 69) reached the final of the Sir James Roberts Cup with a 55-run win against Bradford Gymkhana (131 – Mohammed Sheraz 53).
